Metamorphic has recently completed its third program in 2 years in Kenya with exciting results across the board. The men and women we have trained have initiated community banks providing capital to their communities for small business start ups, after school sports programs, toilet construction, hygiene and sanitation training, a pre-school and various forms of business and agricultural training.

One particular leader who implemented a water harvesting and agricultural training program is proving so successful that the government have approached him and requested that he submit a proposal to develop and run water harvesting initiatives in his area which the government have offered to fund.

The small business loan repayment rate for all leaders is above 95% with several having already repaid their entire loan. The average Leader has doubled his income and therefore his ability to support his family and initiate effective programs in his/her community.
